We recommend contacting reception directly BEFORE MAKING A RESERVATION:

  • if you have a PTTK discount (discounts cannot be applied after a reservation is completed),
  • if your request is unusual, e.g. you need to add extra guests to the room (beyond bed capacity) or you have dietary restrictions (for stays with board),
  • if you wish to make a GROUP BOOKING,
  • if after entering your details the system shows no availability – it may be a system error and something might still be available 🙂
  • if you simply prefer not to use online booking
